Can someone bring a poker table and dealer to our Breckenridge rental?
Yes, subject to availability, confirmed property permission, and a suitable setup. Breckenridge is in the Mountain zone: +$250 travel and $775 for the four-hour package. Additional hours are $100 each.
Check permission before you book
Guests must get permission from the property owner or manager and check the rental's rules before booking. Not every rental allows events or gatherings, so please confirm yours does. Whether you booked through Airbnb, Vrbo or directly, check the applicable platform policies as well as the property's rules. A rental reservation alone is not permission to host an event.
Bachelor weekends and mixed groups
Beginners get a casual walkthrough at the start, so no one is put on the spot. Experienced players get a professionally dealt game. Tell Elliott the mix and he will shape the night around it.
What is included and what you bring
- Included: dealer, table, cards, and chips.
- Host supplies: the room and the guests.
- Chairs: venue chairs are helpful; dealer chairs are available for an added fee.
- One table seats up to ten players. Larger groups should discuss rotations in advance.
Details to confirm with Elliott in advance
Share the room layout so Elliott can confirm space for the table, seating and movement around it. Coordinate when the property can be accessed for setup and teardown, alongside your group's playing time. Confirm the setup together rather than assuming any living room will fit.

Four-hour packages include the dealer, table, cards, and chips. The base package is $525, plus travel where applicable. Select “View pricing” for your area's travel fee and total; Destination lodging is additional.
